Parbat. Madan Smriti Library has come into operation in Parbat. The library has been brought into operation on the occasion of the 33rd Madan-Ashrit Smriti Day.Former Minister and Central Member of CPN (UML) Padam Giri and founder of Nepal Communist Party Parbat Toyanath Chalise inaugurated the library this morning by handing over books of various genres.The library has been established with the objective of preserving the reading culture that is disappearing among the general public, political party leaders and cadres with the increasing use of social media.
