Surkhet. The Nepali Congress has taken an early lead in Surkhet-2. As 290 votes were counted, Narayan Koirala of the Nepali Congress secured 82 votes.Similarly, the candidate from the CPN (Communist Party), Jhakbahadur Malla, received 78 votes, while Kulmani Devkota of the UML received 72 votes.Likewise, Ramesh Kumar Sapkota, the candidate from RSVP, received 40 votes.
