Kapilvastu. The Kapilvastu Police have arrested four defendants who were absconding in various cases. According to the District Police Office, Kapilvastu, the absconding defendants were apprehended from different locations in the district based on special information.The police stated that the arrested defendants have been presented before the Kapilvastu District Court for the execution of the verdict.According to the police, one defendant convicted in a vehicle manslaughter case was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison and a fine of Rs. 65,000.
