Mixed Weather Systems Affecting Nepal

Kathmandu. Currently, a mixed influence of various air systems is observed in Nepal's weather. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the trough of the westerly low-pressure system in the upper atmosphere, local winds, and the low-pressure line near Nepal from west to east are currently active. Due to this weather system, there is generally cloudy weather in Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, as well as in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.
