Bhaktapur. CPN-UML's Mahesh Basnet has taken an early lead in the counting of votes for the House of Representatives election in Bhaktapur-2. In the ongoing vote count, Basnet has secured 242 votes. He is being closely followed by Rastriya Swatantra Party's candidate, Rajeev Khatri, who has garnered 218 votes.
