Far-Western Nepali Communist Party's parliamentary party leader Khagraj Bhatta has stated that a government that cannot pass the budget it introduced does not have the right to make decisions of long-term significance. Bhatta suggested Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah resign immediately as the government has failed. 'You could not pass the budget you introduced.
