New Executive Director Takes Charge at Nepal Electricity Authority

Kathmandu. Nepal Electricity Authority's newly appointed Executive Director Dirghayukumar Shrestha has assumed his office. Shrestha, who was appointed Executive Director by the Council of Ministers' decision on Ashoj 2, took charge at a program organized at the authority's central office.Upon assuming office, Shrestha stated that the reconstruction of damages caused by recent floods and landslides, improvement in service delivery, and increasing domestic electricity consumption are his main priorities.
