Kathmandu. A former ward chairman has been arrested along with cash by the Armed Police Force's striking force from Haripurwa village in Haripurwa Municipality-2, Sarlahi. Sixty-five-year-old Purushottam Yadav was arrested by the Armed Police team for carrying cash during the silence period.
