Nepal Insurance Authority Calls for Public Complaints Regarding Insurance Claims

Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority has called on the general public to file complaints if there are any problems in determining insurance liabilities and processing claims. The authority has issued a public notice to submit complaints with evidence for action, as various grievances are being received by the authority regarding some insurers, their employees, and surveyors acting in contravention of prevailing insurance laws, regulatory arrangements, and professional ethics.
