Rastriya Swatantra Party First General Convention Fails to End Factionalism

Kathmandu. The recently concluded first national general convention of the ruling party Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has been seen as unsuccessful in ending factionalism. The general convention, which concluded on Asar 12, three days later than its scheduled date (Asar 7-9) in Bharatpur, Chitwan, saw factionalism openly exposed.
