In the ongoing vote count for the House of Representatives election in Nuwakot Constituency No. 1, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Rabikram Timilsina has maintained a narrow lead.As of the completion of counting in Ward No. 1 Ghyangphedi and Ward No. 2 Gaunkhark of Kakani, Tadi, and Dupcheshwor Rural Municipalities, he has secured 6,831 votes. Similarly, Nepali Congress candidate Prakash Sharan Mahat has received 6,595 votes. According to the results so far, the RSP candidate is ahead by 236 votes.
