UML National Congress: 24-point political proposal passed

Kathmandu, Dec 18: The 11th National Congress of the CPN (UML), which concluded formally on Thursday, has passed a 24-point political proposal on contemporary issues.The proposal was presented by Coordinator of the Proposal Writing Committee, Pradeep Gyawali, in the concluding session of the National Congress.
