Kathmandu. This week, the President of ITF Union Taekwondo, Senior Grandmaster Don Dalton, was on a visit to Nepal. Dalton, who holds the ninth dan black belt, the highest rank in martial arts, also provided training at the International Instructor Course (IIC) seminar. He trained 102 senior instructors and players selected from across the country for eight hours according to the ITF Taekwondo international curriculum.
