Tikapur: HIV-positive individuals in Tikapur, Kailali, have demanded that the municipality maintain its regular nutritional support. For the past six years, the Tikapur Municipality has been providing 6,000 rupees per person as nutritional aid to HIV-positive individuals. The funds are disbursed directly into the bank accounts of the infected persons.
