Kathmandu. Police have arrested four accused who fled after seriously injuring a young man with a khukuri in Balkhu, Kathmandu. The khukuri attack took place on the night of October 5 at around 10 PM in the alley behind Barnahaat College on 34-year-old Richad alias Suman Lama, a resident of Balkhu, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-14, originally from Namobuddha Municipality-1, Kavrepalanchok.Along with the rescue of the injured Lama, a police team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office initiated technical and micro-investigation.
