The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), which won all four direct seats in the House of Representatives election held last Thursday, has emerged as the party securing the leading votes in the proportional representation category across all four constituencies in Parsa.Chief Election Officer Gayatri Prasad Regmi stated that out of 62,506 votes cast in Parsa Constituency No. 1, RSP received 34,463 votes.
