Biratnagar. A joint meeting of the CPN-UML Province Committee officials and the parliamentary party has concluded in Biratnagar. In the meeting, Sherdhan Rai, Secretary of UML and in-charge of Koshi, 'instructed' all MPs to follow the three-point agreement reached with the Nepali Communist Party and the directives of party chairman KP Sharma Oli.Most of the MPs from the Province Assembly, including Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki, were present at the meeting.
