Kathmandu. Traffic police have urged to use alternative routes for the chariot procession of Indra Jatra to be held on October 10 (today). Traffic Police Kathmandu Valley Office issued a notice on Saturday urging the general public to use alternative routes. Traffic police have informed that vehicles are prohibited from Kathmandu's Hanuman Dhoka complex to Dokatol, Tamsipakha, Chhetrapati, Thahiti, Jamal, Asan Chowk, Bhotehi, Bir Hospital, Wotu and New Road Gate.
