Kathmandu. It has been confirmed that one person arrested for protesting against the detention of CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was actually a fugitive defendant. Bimal Dhamala, who was arrested from Babar Mahal on Saturday, was found to be absconding in a banking offense case, SP Pawan Bhattarai of the District Police Range Kathmandu told Ratopati.
