Zoom's live translation service is now available to all users, both free and premium. Previously, only paying Zoom Meetings customers could utilize the function that automatically creates closed captions during video chats. For Zoom video conversations and webinars, the option to activate subtitles will be accessible. In addition to keyboard shortcuts, pinning interpreter video, screen reader support, and voicemail interpretation, the San Jose, California-based video conferencing solutions provider has added a slew of additional accessibility capabilities to its platform.
Zoom stated that the live transcription capability will be available to all free users in a blog post. During video calls and webinars, this feature will display automatically created subtitles.
