KATHMANDU, May 29: Bindabasini Kansakar, who was elected as an Member of Parliament under the Proportional Representation (PR) electoral system of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), is taking oath of office and secrecy today.
KATHMANDU: Today, the newly appointed ministers are all set to officially assume their roles as they take the oath of office and secrecy at 5 PM.
The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Office of the President, located at Sital Niwas.
