Domestic flights resume, check these 12 pics

KATHMANDU, July 1: Domestic air services, which remained halted for nearly two months owing to the outbreak of the second wave of the coronavirus disease, have resumed from Thursday.  Government on June 21 decided to resume the domestic flights on a quota system.  According to Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) administration, 11 companies have been permitted for 67 flights.  Buddha Air, Yeti Air, Shree Air and Saurya Air began their flights starting Thursday morning while eight other companies are resuming their services later in the afternoon, Rajendra Chhetri, spokesperson for Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) told Ratopati.  See the photos taken on Thursday afternoon at the TIA.
