UML clinches victory in Phedap Rural Municipality

KATHMANDU, July 1: CPN-UML candidate Hari Prasad Chongbang Limbu has been elected as the chief of Ph edap Rural Municipality. He secured 3 , 439.  His closest rival of Nepali Congress Keshav Prasad Bhetwal got 3, 220 votes.
