KATHMANDU, May 14: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently leading the vote count.
Balne is leading the vote count with 402 votes. His nearest contender was Keshav Sthapit who garnered 319 votes.
Likewise, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post has collected 202 votes.
Similarly, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) got 53 votes and Bibeksheel Sajha Party collected 35 votes.
