KATHMANDU, Aug 10: Of those dying from the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in recent days, more than 75 percent of them were found to be unvaccinated against the disease, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).
According to the ministry, people who are unvaccinated against the disease are at high risk and has urged those people to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
So far, as many as 11,974 people have succumbed to COVID-19. As of Tuesday, 61 COVID-19 patients are in ICU and seven are undergoing treatment on ventilators.
