PM Prachanda, three former PMs scheduled to address election gathering in Chitwan today

Organised by the left-democratic alliance, the election gathering is taking place at Kalika Municipality-4 in East Chitwan targeting the April 23 by-election, said Surya Aryal, secretary of the Nepali Congress, Chitwan.
