The NOC (No Objection Certificate) branch of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has said the students themselves can print the no objection certificate.

KATHMANDU, Jan 10: The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has decided to close schools till January 29 in the view of growing risk of COVID-19 transmission.
A meeting of the ministry held earlier on Monday morning took a decision to this effect, according to the joint secretary and spokesperson for the ministry, Deepak Sharma.
“Since the COVID-19 Crisis Management Coordination Committee (CCMCC) made a recommendation in this regard, we don’t need to make any further decisions,” said Sharma. “We just approved its decision.”
The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has recommended the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the COVID-19 Crisis Management Centre postpone all the scheduled academic examinations in view of the surge of coronavirus infection.
