Highway Updates Due to Heavy Rainfall and Landslides
Kathmandu. Due to continuous rain, the risk of floods and landslides has increased in various parts of the country, affecting major highways. According to the latest data released by the Nepal Police as of Thursday 8:30 AM, many road sections in Koshi, Bagmati, and Lumbini provinces are completely or partially obstructed. In the Solukhumbu district of Koshi province, heavy rainfall is expected until October 12, including on the Siddhi Charan Lokmarg and other internal roads.
