21 miners trapped after Xinjiang coal mine accident - China Daily
CHINA, April 11: Eight miners have been rescued and 21 remain trapped in a coal mine that flooded in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, state-backed newspaper China Daily reported on Sunday citing local authorities.
One person has died after being buried inside a coal mine in Dang. The deceased has been identified as Bhakta Bahadur Gharti, 46, of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis-1, Dang.
