Kathmandu. The National Human Rights Commission has pointed out that the human rights situation in Karnali Province is very weak and has given special instructions to the government for improvement. The team led by the Commission's Chairman Tap Bahadur Magar has given such instructions today after making an on-site inspection of Surkhet, Dailekh, Jumla, Kalikot, and Mugu districts from Jestha 24 to Ashar 3.
