Nepali Congress Assigns Leaders to Provinces to Gauge Public Opinion Ahead of Elections

Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress has assigned leaders to specific districts across the provinces to understand the party's public mandate. The responsibility of assigning districts to leaders in all seven provinces was given by the 'Election Mobilization Committee' led by Vice President Bishwa Prakash Sharma.More than six dozen leaders have received responsibilities. The committee stated that the leaders have been deployed to gauge public opinion on the ground and find ways to rectify areas where the party's standing has diminished.
