The Vice-Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Dol Prasad Aryal, has stated that upon being elected, he will institutionalize a policy of zero tolerance against corruption by forming a monitoring mechanism, including citizen leaders, in every ward.Speaking at various election programs in his constituency, Kathmandu Constituency No. 9, on Monday, he clarified that good governance is the first priority of his manifesto.
