Facebook tests giving more control of News Feed content to users again

Meta, the parent company of Facebook, has revealed that it is testing a number of new features that will allow users and companies to customize their Facebook News Feed experience. People may now adjust the quantity of material they see from friends, family, Groups, and Pages on Facebook as well as the topics they care about in their News Feed Preferences, according to Meta. Facebook is testing Topic Exclusion for News Feed on a small number of advertisers that run advertisements in English for its corporate clients. Meta has also indicated its intentions to collaborate with third-party companies. Meta announced new options for Facebook users to control the material they see in their News Feed on 18th of November, 2021.
