KATHMANDU, April 3: Hearing of the writ petition filed against the chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal is scheduled for Sunday.
The hearing is due to be conducted by a joint bench of Justices Anil Kumar Sinha and Nahakul Subedi.
The petition was earlier filed by Chairman of CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli against 14 lawmakers including Nepal.
Oli in his petition maintained that the Speaker of the House, Agni Sapkota, refused to take action against those lawmakers against whom the party had taken action.
Those lawmakers later formed a new party, the CPN (US).
