Janakpurdham. An Indian pilgrim died after drowning in Telha Pokhari located next to Janaki Temple in Janakpurdham last night.Twenty-year-old Adarshkumar Jha, a resident of Hajipur in Bihar state of India, who had come to visit Janaki Temple with friends, drowned in the pond and died, informed Dhanusha District Police Office Spokesperson Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhusudan Neupane.After jumping into the pond, local youths immediately rescued him and admitted him to Provincial Hospital in Janakpurdham for treatment, but he died during treatment, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Neupane.
