COP-28 kicks off with call to accelerate collective climate action
The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-28) has kicked off on Thursday with a call to expedite the collective climate action.
THE HAGUE, Nov 13: Tens of thousands of people took part in a march through Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands on Sunday, calling for action to tackle the challenges of climate change.
An estimated 85,000 people participated in the demonstration, according to organizers.
