Maoist Center discusses party strengthening issues

KATHMANDU: Standing Committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center) on Monday discussed the issues which are believed to strengthen party. The meeting that took place at the party central office Parisdanda dwelt on the party’s upcoming convention, according to party spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara. "Party’s national convention, province and local conferences, party membership renewal and the formation of departments were the agenda on the table in the meeting,” Mahara said. The Standing Committee members shall meet again at 8:00 on Tuesday for further discussion, it is said.
