The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order against the nullification of the candidacy of Reshamlal Chaudhary, the patron of the Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal.On Sunday, a single bench of Supreme Court Justice Balkrishna Dhakal ordered the Election Commission to submit a written response to the writ filed by Chaudhary.
