KATHMANDU, Oct 22: The chief district officers of the three districts – Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur – in the Kathmandu Valley have decided to ban playing Deusi-Bhailo after 9 PM during this upcoming Tihar festival.
Likewise, the local authorities have also prohibited bursting firecrackers and other explosives during the festival.
According to the local authorities, strict actions will be taken against those defying the government's decision.
