Nepali Congress spokesperson Devraj Chalise has accused Prime Minister Balen Shah of violating the 'Self-Restriction Diplomacy' (self-controlled diplomacy) that he himself had started with fanfare four months ago. In a social media post on Facebook, spokesperson Chalise described Prime Minister Shah's actions as a model of immature politics.
