Surkhet. A young man has been arrested in Surkhet on charges of forcibly raping a 42-year-old woman. Bimal Bik, 23, a resident of Birendranagar Municipality-1, was taken into custody by the police on Monday afternoon.A complaint was filed with the police alleging that Bik had forcibly raped the woman.
