Under this accessible housing loan, customers can obtain loans for purchasing a house, building a new house, repairing, renovating, or reconstructing. The bank has set a repayment period ranging from 5 to 25 years and offers a maximum discount of 33.33% on service charges, providing loans from NPR 500,000 up to a maximum of NPR 20 million.
