Kathmandu, November 29 — CPN (Maoist Centre) chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has stressed the need of devising vocational and skill education programmes to check brain drain.
Inaugurating the third international educational conference organized by the Private and Boarding Schools Organization Nepal (PABSON), he emphasized on nurturing self-respect, creative and independent thinking among youths.
