MCC purely development project: Leader Koirala

Nepali Congress leader Dr. Sekhar Koirala has said the US-funded Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact is purely a development project. It is time to persuade Nepalis that the MCC compact is in favor of Nepal, he added.
