India, the United States, Australia, and Japan have jointly announced plans to develop port infrastructure in the strategically very important island nation of Fiji in the Pacific Ocean after a meeting in New Delhi this week.This group of four countries is called the 'Quadrilateral Security Dialogue Alliance' (Quad).
