Kathmandu, Dec 6: Vice President Ramsahay Prasad Yadav has stressed on the need of research along with more awareness to combat sleep disorders.Addressing the second international conference of the Nepalese Society of Sleep Disorders held here today, he emphasised that due to the increasing prevalence of sleep disorders caused by busy lifestyle, unhealthy diet, and the growing use of technology, such challenges need to be addressed in a timely manner.The Vice President urged one and all to be aware about mental tension, unemployment, economic vulnerabilities and diseases like diabetes and hypertension causing sleep disorders.
