Jhapa. Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, is heading towards a spectacular victory in Jhapa Constituency Number 5. He has surpassed his closest rival and CPN-UML Chairman, KP Sharma Oli, by more than 31,000 votes.Shah has secured 42,543 votes, while Oli is limited to 11,427 votes.
