Kathmandu. The construction of the chariot for Seto Machhindranath, the deity of rain and harmony, which begins on Chaitra Dashain from Tindhara Pathshala in Durbar Marg, is currently underway. The Guthi Sansthan stated that the construction of the chariot started on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada.
