Parsa. Police in Parsa have arrested an absconder who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime of rape. The arrested individual has been identified as 35-year-old Rajwa alias Akhilesh Sah Teli, residing in Ward No. 4 of Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality, Parsa.
