Rautahat. During the investigation of a motorcycle accident in Maulapur, Rautahat, the police have arrested two people, including a ward chairman. The arrested are Ward Chairman Mahesh Mahato Koiri of Maulapur Municipality-3 and 28-year-old Trikishor Kushwaha of the same place. Two motorcycles collided head-on on the Maulapur-Jaynagar road near the electricity office in Maulapur Municipality-3 on June 6 last year at around 1:40 PM.
